Nick is a cofounder of Clear Stay Properties, a technology driven vacation rental company that's specializes in hosting families, business travelers, nurses, and leisure guests in Texas and expanding markets. To keep himself on the pulse within the market, he enjoys being extremely active by networking and listening to many podcasts daily.
He is also a former host of the MFIN(Multifamily Investor Nation) Austin meetup, educating others about Commercial Real Estate within Multifamily.
As being a part of many related real estate groups, mentorship programs, and masterminds, he participates in weekly calls with fellow investors nation wide to continually build his knowledge. Someday, he hopes to have a commercial property that creates 5 figures a month of cash-flow that goes directly to the Make-A-Wish foundation.
